The ideal candidate will possess a solid history in design, project oversight, proposal development, business growth, and client engagement, along with the passion and expertise to lead and enhance a well-established engineering team.
This role encompasses both project execution and team leadership responsibilities, appealing to individuals eager for greater challenges in a fulfilling career.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing mid to junior-level engineers on various multi-disciplinary projects.
2. Ensuring the coordination and successful completion of projects within designated timelines, budgets, and scopes.
3. Leading technical design teams for projects involving:
- Water conveyance systems and pipelines,
- Potable water treatment facilities,
- Wastewater treatment plants,
- Water storage solutions (including steel and concrete tanks, dams),
- Civil site enhancements (such as drainage and grading),
- Pumping stations for potable water, wastewater, and stormwater, along with conceptual studies.
4. Managing client relationships and communication effectively.
5. Preparing comprehensive documentation for current or prospective projects, including correspondence, reports, proposals, and technical specifications.
6. Collaborating with project team members across various offices to deliver quality service to clients on projects of diverse scope and complexity.
7. Coordinating with other departments and offices to provide design services to clients as necessary.
8. Participating in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables.
9. Conducting quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings.
