Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to the base salary, the position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on performance.

About the Job

This Rental Sales Management Trainee role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales, operations, and management skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a member of our team, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.

  • You will handle inbound calls, generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads, and manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
  • You will meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives and maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
  • You will reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • A high energy, self-motivated, and self-directed individual who can focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a detail-oriented approach and strong follow-up practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and one year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution.
