Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living skills, including cleaning, laundry, and hygiene.
- Complete intakes for new clients and provide orientation to the facility and agency rules and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized storage area, including client lockers and storage spaces.
- Document and track client information, including lock logs and client records.
- Assist with meal service, including serving meals and snacks to clients.
- Perform regular area inspections to ensure compliance with agency rules and regulations.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
- Assist with maintenance duties and house operations as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Food Handlers Certification required.
- 1-year experience dealing with homeless or special needs population.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of agency requirements and protocols.
