Caregiver - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Institute for Comm Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support and services to individuals, promoting their independence and community integration.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, toileting, and meal preparation.
- Encourage participation in recreational activities and develop daily living skills.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to carry out and record care plans.
- Administer medication, as instructed, and ensure the health and safety of individuals in emergency situations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) Certificate from an accredited organization.
