Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee the development of responses to RFQs, RFPs, and presentations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience demonstrating a unique ability to lead a team in developing sector-specific marketing content, including narratives and photography for proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee proposal preparations and provide coordination and assistance for proposal/pursuit marketing efforts across the DMV region.
  • Lead the efforts in the planning, designing, and submitting award submittals and project proposals with quick deadlines/turnarounds.
  • Transition proposal/pursuit submissions into a PowerPoint presentation and guide the team for client interviews.
  • Write, edit, and proof high-quality content to leverage for internal and external communications across print and digital platforms.
  • Lead and support the day-to-day marketing oversight of the company website using the CMS - keeping content relevant, current, and accurate.
  • Work alongside the Communication Specialist to support all company and project events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to effectively communicate and present information.
  • Organized, with great attention to detail and a deep understanding of MCN's brand, ensuring all marketing materials align with MCN's voice and messaging.
  • Ability to work well with coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers.
  • Team player, who can take initiative, self-guide, and help lead the company's pursuit efforts.
  • Innovative, intuitive, perceptive, and can grasp concepts quickly.
  • Enjoys working and being busy.
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of photography and the ability to capture visual content.
What We Offer
  • Salary Range: $70,000.00-$85,000.00
