Job Title: Exterior Estimator

Lara and Sons Construction is seeking a skilled Exterior Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Analysis: Thoroughly analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to understand project requirements and determine factors influencing production costs.
  • Estimate Preparation: Prepare material and cost estimates for products or services, and create labor estimates for projects.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, and manage bids from vendors and contractors.
  • Cost Analysis: Use bid data to prepare detailed cost analyses and present prepared estimates to management and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and record actual costs.

We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills to coordinate exterior finishing projects and provide accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis.
