Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our Bioprocessing Finance Team. As a Bioprocessing Finance Team Member, you will be responsible for leading financial close, estimating and planning, and supporting sourcing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and operating plans, driving business growth and improving financial performance.
  • Partner with sourcing and operations teams to drive purchase materials productivity and accuracy of forecasts.
  • Implement Standard Cost for existing and new products, maintaining a high level of operational understanding of value streams and financial components.
  • Support CAPEX and OPEX monitoring for site expansion, providing additional financial reporting and analysis as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on supply chain finance and plant financials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Expertise in financial systems and applications, including Oracle, SAP, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or other advanced degrees or development programs.
