Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Beverage Programs while overseeing all beverage operations across multiple divisional restaurants, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions and quarterly assessments to evaluate team proficiency and knowledge retention.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with beer, liquor, and wine vendors, collaborating closely with Beverage Managers and Sommeliers.
  • Analyze beverage costs and sales metrics for each restaurant on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Partners to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain the overall condition of restaurant bars and related equipment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all front-of-house management roles and provide support as necessary.
  • Work alongside the General Manager and management team to recruit, onboard, train, schedule, supervise, and develop Beverage Managers.
  • Encourage and exemplify teamwork across all departments.
  • Handle guest, vendor, and employee interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Be available to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, across multiple locations as required.
  • Physically capable of moving and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a beverage director in a full-service dining establishment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and back-of-house systems.
