Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for clinical positions at our hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Work closely with hospital leadership to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on healthcare recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
