Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development, property management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing real estate strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the grocery retail industry.
  • Knowledge of real estate development requirements, due diligence, and processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Work Environment

This role will be based in the Schnuck Markets' headquarters and will require frequent travel to construction sites, retail store locations, and other properties.
