Position Title: Grain Operations Specialist

Location: InSync Staffing
Compensation: $20 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the loading, unloading, and transfer of grain and related products for various transportation methods.
  • Conduct inspections of transportation vehicles prior to loading.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations set forth by the company.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Learn and implement procedures related to rail operations, inventory management, and equipment handling.
  • Support maintenance initiatives as required.
  • Facilitate efficient operations during truck unloading.
  • Monitor and document equipment performance and operational downtime.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, with shifts varying from 8 to 12 hours.
