This role will support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial mechanical/electrical experience, with Team Leader/Supervisory experience preferred.
  • A working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems is required.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.
  • Effective time management skills are necessary.
  • Previous work in a unionized manufacturing facility is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of Maintenance Leadership/Off-Shift Operations Supervisor, this position will be responsible for monitoring and scheduling of mechanical/electrical work in support of the continuous operation of the Bakery.
  • The successful candidate must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Education Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent with related technical training is required.
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred.
