Job Summary

Sands Wall Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drywall Installation Manager to oversee the installation of drywall on commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate drywall installation crews to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that drywall installation meets project specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in drywall installation, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
