Job Overview

Sands Wall Systems is seeking a highly skilled Drywall Installation Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of drywall installation projects at our jobsites. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in drywall installation, as well as exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills to manage one's own time and the time of employees and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project goals and commitments are met by providing onsite management, quality control, and coordination of all labor, materials, equipment, safety, and security.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and quality expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working full-time on residential or commercial drywall projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.
  • Basic math skills.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to walk on uneven and/or unstable ground in and around a construction site.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs, scaffolding, and ladders.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch overhead.
  • Ability to see 20/20 with or without corrective lenses to complete job inspections.
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
