  • Apply adhesives, nails, staples, or other installation methods as appropriate for each type of flooring.
  • Identify and assess flooring issues, such as damage, wear, or water intrusion.
  • Repair or replace damaged flooring materials to restore their integrity and appearance.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, polishing, and resealing, to extend the lifespan of the flooring.
  • Provide guidance on the durability, maintenance requirements, and cost-effectiveness of different flooring options.
  • Ensure that flooring installations adhere to safety standards and local building codes.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, installation procedures, and repairs performed.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and questions professionally.
  • Perform quality inspections of completed flooring installations to ensure they meet the desired standards.

  • Employee must have their own corresponding floor installation tools.
