We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Camstar Analyst to enhance our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating, designing, and deploying Camstar solutions that bolster our manufacturing and operational workflows. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the Camstar Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the capability to collaborate effectively with various teams to refine and optimize production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess business needs and convert them into functional specifications for Camstar MES solutions.
- Design, set up, and execute Camstar MES solutions aimed at improving manufacturing and operational effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders across production, quality assurance, and IT to collect requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation, including system configurations, process diagrams, and user manuals.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for Camstar MES challenges, ensuring prompt resolution to reduce production interruptions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users to promote effective use of Camstar MES functionalities.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, suggesting and implementing enhancements as necessary.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Camstar MES and industry trends to ensure the organization utilizes state-of-the-art solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience with Camstar MES in a manufacturing context.
- Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze intricate systems.
- Proficient in SQL, scripting, and other pertinent programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Certification in Camstar MES is advantageous.
