About the Job

MAY BROS Automotive is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Chattanooga, TN.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the industry and possess strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and Repairs
    • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced equipment.
    • Repair and replace parts such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and suspensions.
    • Address electrical and mechanical malfunctions efficiently.
  • Routine Maintenance
    • Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and other standard maintenance tasks.
    • Inspect vehicles for safety and ensure they meet compliance standards.
  • Customer Interaction
    • Communicate findings, repair options, and costs to customers in a clear and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate time estimates for repair completion.
  • Recordkeeping
    • Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
    • Ensure accurate documentation for warranties and inspections.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient operations.
    • Stay updated on technical bulletins, recalls, and training programs.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
