About the Role:

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high standards for all staff.
  • Plan and coordinate work schedules and areas of work to ensure efficient services.
  • Assist in the hiring process, including interviewing and training new associates.
  • Orient, develop, and supervise all supervisory and housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to staff.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, administration, and other departments.
  • Coordinate external services, such as pest control and window cleaning.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support services-related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
