Position Overview:

NaphCare partners with NetCE to provide continuing education opportunities for our staff, ensuring that all educational content is current and relevant to maintain licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all clinical decisions within the facility.
  • Ensure that all clinical requirements are adequately addressed.
  • Deliver both direct and indirect medical care to fulfill the physiological and emotional needs of patients.
  • Conduct regular rounds in medical and infirmary units.
  • Manage sick call visits and chronic care management.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate care.
  • Lead initiatives to assess the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services.
  • Coordinate and participate in educational and training programs.
  • Supervise Staff Physicians and other medical personnel as necessary.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
