Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical decisions within the facility.
- Ensure that all clinical needs are adequately addressed.
- Deliver both direct and indirect medical care to fulfill the physiological and emotional needs of patients.
- Conduct rounds in medical and infirmary units.
- Perform sick call visits and manage chronic care cases.
- Respond to and initiate care during medical emergencies.
- Lead initiatives to assess the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services.
- Coordinate, lead, and engage in educational and training programs.
- May supervise Staff Physicians and other medical personnel.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
