Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to patients and visitors while providing essential support to physicians and clinic staff.
  • Manage patient registration, ensure accurate information entry, process payments, handle multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in the healthcare sector, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and have a foundational knowledge of Word and Outlook, along with proficient data entry skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Utilize basic medical terminology and navigate electronic medical records efficiently to fulfill essential job functions.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Proficiency in computer applications is required.
  • Additional training in medical terminology, electronic medical records, or business coursework is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of clerical experience and six months of healthcare experience is required.
  • Experience in medical offices, insurance, hospitals, or computer-related roles is preferred.
  • Typing skills with a minimum accuracy of 40 words per minute are necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills, telephone etiquette, and proficiency in computer applications are essential.

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be determined based on prior work experience.
