Job Summary

The Lead Housing Case Manager will work with clients in the emergency shelter and assist clients with transitioning into permanent housing. This role requires a senior-level professional with experience in housing-related social services and the ability to provide mentorship to Housing Case Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services for clients, including independent life skills training, group education, and family activity coordination.
  • Assist clients with gathering essential documents and locating housing opportunities in the community.
  • Maintain accurate client files and complete documentation within the required timeframe.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Housing Case Managers and support the program staff in the absence of the Program Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in social services or a closely related field.
  • 3 years of experience in housing-related social services.
  • Clean driving record.
