Job Description:
The Women's Lacrosse Operations Coordinator is a key role that supports the Head Coach in managing the daily functions of the women's lacrosse program.
This position involves overseeing the organization and coordination of all operational aspects related to the women's lacrosse team.
The Coordinator will assist the Head Coach in promoting and executing the initiatives of a Division I women's lacrosse program.
All staff members are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and adhere to NCAA regulations; responsibilities must be executed in accordance with NCAA, Ivy League, and ECAC guidelines. Any infractions or knowledge of infractions must be reported to the relevant authorities.
Individuals in coaching roles are required to successfully complete the NCAA Coaches Certification Test and maintain current AED/CPR & First Aid certifications, which are provided at no cost through the department.
A minimum of an Associate's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience in lacrosse (including collegiate playing, coaching, or operational roles) is necessary; experience at the Division I level is preferred.
