About the Role

As a Home Health Sales Executive at CenterWell Home Health, you will play a critical role in promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and case managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our homecare services within assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Prepare and present business plans and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze market data and identify key customer opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our services meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present our services to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories and attend sales meetings.
  • Previous experience in healthcare sales, preferably in skilled nursing facilities, DME, orthopedic, cardiovascular, infusion, imaging, or laboratory settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science, such as nursing or pharmacy.

  • A competitive salary range of $56,400 - $77,600 per year.
