Outside Sales Representative for Automotive Parts

The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for promoting and selling automotive parts to our valued customers. This role requires providing detailed product information and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ innovative sales strategies and techniques to meet sales objectives while offering outstanding service that positions us as the preferred business partner for our clients.
- Expand market presence by identifying, targeting, and engaging potential customers.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to the delivery of parts.
- Complete all necessary documentation and sales logs accurately and promptly.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to address their needs effectively.
- Foster relationships and collaborate with internal team members to achieve shared goals.
- Stay informed about inventory levels, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales (preferably in an outside sales capacity).
- Comfortable with initiating cold calls and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in building and sustaining successful customer relationships.
- Strategic mindset to drive sales in a competitive landscape.
- Ability to acquire comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with insurance requirements.
