Route Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and delivering frozen foods to customers in a national route-based food business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the iconic Schwan's yellow truck to deliver frozen foods to customers' homes.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maintain and grow your route.
- Work independently as part of a team of motivated individuals who share similar values.
- Receive hands-on training from leaders who care and coach you to success.
- Apply safe practices while servicing customers and operating the company vehicle.
- Seek out and establish new customers for the route system in assigned areas.
- Make sales presentations to prospective customers and inform customers of new products, promotional products, and any specials.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification.
