We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in sourcing and providing parts for our fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers
  • Use your extensive knowledge of automotive parts to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians
  • Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment
  • Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced
  • Inform customers on parts availability
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
  • High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great listening skills and empathy for customer
  • Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
  • Experience in airport ground support equipment
  • Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
  • Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
  • ASE Certifications
