Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Leasing Consultant or Assistant Manager with expertise in Tax Credit and Affordable Housing.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role.

Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tasks associated with tax-credit apartment leasing, including move-ins and lease renewals.
  • Execute recertifications and ensure proper documentation for resident files.
  • Achieve and sustain optimal occupancy levels within the property.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience in Affordable Housing or Tax Credit sectors.
  • Conduct interviews to gather necessary information and complete required documentation.
  • Obtain third-party verification forms as needed.
  • Assess household income to determine eligibility for programs.
  • Complete Tenant Income Certification or similar documentation.
  • Maintain organized applicant and resident files.

Additional Skills: Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
