ROLE SUMMARY:
Tony Edwards - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Executive - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance offerings and market trends enables you to engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that enhance value. You may also play a role in crafting strategies and setting targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, determine customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with a complete dedication to success every day.
- Partner with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is mandatory
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Proven history of achieving sales targets is preferred
- Ability to effectively connect with clients
- Property & Casualty license
- Base salary plus commission/bonus structure
