Job Overview

A Customer Service Representative with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills is required to deliver exceptional support to both external and internal clients. Struers ApS stands as the premier manufacturer of material-testing apparatus and consumables, catering to prestigious companies across various sectors including automotive, electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that clients and staff receive prompt and precise assistance. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is based at our US headquarters, with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter all incoming orders and financial credits into the ERP system.
  • Document shipping issues promptly in the CRM system.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and expedite orders as requested by clients and sales personnel.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to invoices, shipping details, and documentation.
  • Prepare customer quotations, letters, and sample requests as directed by the Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute with strong data entry capabilities.
  • Background in sales support is advantageous.
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
  • General understanding of B2B/EDI distribution is a plus.
