Position Overview:

The Accountant will collaborate closely with the Senior Accountant to manage various financial operations. This role is designed to deliver financial insights by examining and interpreting accounting data, as well as generating comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledger accounts through the preparation of account reconciliations and the entry of amortizations for prepaid accounts.
  • Balance job costs and prepare monthly entries for fixed asset depreciation, accruals, amortization, and cost allocations.
  • Support payroll functions, including the completion of payroll journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of intercompany transactions for international subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and fortification of internal controls.
  • Address inquiries regarding accounting procedures by researching and interpreting relevant accounting policies and regulations.
