Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services in your local community.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Pest Control Services: Conduct thorough inspections, identify pest issues, and implement effective treatment plans to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear updates and status reports on job progress and completion.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; relevant experience in pest control or a related field preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., move around regularly, and work in various environments, including tight spaces and outside conditions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
