About the Role:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that supplies are accurately distributed to crews in good condition and in a timely manner. This role involves preparing and loading supplies and equipment, as well as maintaining the necessary paperwork to record product movement.

The company has two divisions, offering both power line construction and commercial/industrial electrical construction, making it a full-service electrical provider.

Essential Functions:
  • Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication, and transportation of materials, tooling, and equipment.
  • Prefabricate various electrical assemblies.
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles.
  • Complete and maintain inventories.
  • Maintain the condition of the work area, ensuring it is free of trash and product is in the correct location.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Receive and fill orders.
  • Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials and tooling.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of warehouse experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with tool/material tracking databases, Tool Watch preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Self-starter.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to obtain a Class A driver's license within 60 days of hire, preferred.
