The Impact You'll Make
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IBP process that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of the IBP process
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of the process and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop long-term plans that integrate customer-focused marketing plans with supply chain management to drive business growth and profitability
Your Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain
  • At least 10 years of experience in business, finance, marketing, or supply chain
  • Experience leading sales and operations planning and/or integrated business planning processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced planning systems (APS) and ERP systems
  • Experience leading projects to improve business processes and their integration with strategic or operational business planning
  • Proficient in data management, modeling, visualization, and analytics
  • Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or other)
Work Environment

Solventum offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of two days per week in our St. Paul, MN office. Travel may include up to 20% domestic and international. Relocation assistance may be authorized.
