Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer experience to all inbound leads, ensuring a positive interaction with our brand.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on established criteria, gathering critical sales intelligence to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects, anticipating their needs and understanding their unique customer environments.
  • Value Proposition: Effectively articulate the Five9 value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our cloud contact center software.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Proactively provide focused feedback on sales tools, prospect intelligence, and marketing campaign results to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required
  • Commitment to Sales: A strong commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Team Orientation: Highly team-oriented, with a great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Lead Generation Experience: Work experience in a lead generation setting
  • Cold Calling Skills: High-caliber cold calling skills
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with common office software and CRM
  • Quota Achievement: Proven track record of achieving corporate quotas and goals
  • Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
  • Business Acumen: Professional business acumen, strong communication skills, strong presence, and confidence
  • Time Management: Excellent time management with ability to multi-task, prioritize, etc.
