Required Qualifications:

Job Overview

In this role, you will take charge of the accounts payable functions, which include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring the accuracy of payable and vendor information.
  • Managing weekly payment forecasts.
  • Supervising the accounts payable team and overseeing the invoice management workflow.
  • Conducting weekly payment runs.
  • Monitoring and reconciling GRNI liabilities (goods received not invoiced).
  • Handling prepaids and other liabilities.
  • Verifying W-9 forms and managing the 1099 process.
  • Executing compliance tasks related to sales and use/property tax, including timely submissions and coordinating responses to external compliance inquiries.
  • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, local, and organizational regulations, including tax laws and GAAP.
  • Supporting the month-end closing process and preparing/reviewing various account reconciliations.
  • Developing and reviewing accrual methodologies.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members through regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Providing daily financial reporting on production and expense metrics as requested by the Regional Controller.
  • Assisting in operational analysis, trend identification, projections, and forecasting against monthly budgeted KPIs.
  • Staying informed about advancements in finance and administration, including technological innovations.
  • Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and estimates, comparing actual results to projections and previous year outcomes.
  • Facilitating accurate information for audits and regulatory filings.
