Executive Assistant to the President

Job Summary:
The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) seeks an experienced Special Assistant to the President to support the highly influential Association executive. This top-level administrative role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to manage the President's day-to-day schedule and act as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the President's calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Coordinate complex events and meetings, both domestically and internationally
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal staff, external contacts, and pilots
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including heavy calendar management, travel planning, and coordination of meetings
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with the executive team and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Minimum five (5) years of executive and/or senior management level administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
- Friendly but discreet, with sound judgment
- Demonstrated ability working as an integral part of an executive team
- Exceptional organizational skills and practiced time management
- Software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Valid passport required
