Controls Technician

Stryten Energy is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining our complex manufacturing equipment, including machine vision systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, and automation systems.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment, including machine vision systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, and automation systems.
- Work closely with plastic process engineers to identify problems and optimize injection molding machine performance.
- Program changes to equipment as required for continuous improvement and new product implementation.
- Validate and update equipment calibration procedures.
- Develop and create electrical drawings as required.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral, written, computer, and communication skills.
- High degree of electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to solve issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical operations.
- Experience with robotic control systems and ability to commission and troubleshoot equipment using applicable software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Understanding of network topologies, protocols, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Windows environments.
- Understanding of Autodesk Electrical and RS Logix.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, Technical School preferred.
