Key Responsibilities:- Build and wire electrical control panels, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Read and interpret schematics to identify component requirements
- Drill, tap, punch, and mount components to panels
- Perform point-to-point wiring of internal panel components, including PLCs, relays, motor starters, and VFDs
- Package and prepare panels for shipment to California
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical control panel building and wiring
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds and forklift experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
