About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Overlake Terrace Retirement Community. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
  • Respond to resident call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach.
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff.
  • Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.
Qualifications
  • Current CNA certificate.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents.
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently.
  • Genuine love for seniors.
