About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Retail Operations to join our team at 4Front Ventures Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail sales activities in the region, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, and driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage retail sales activities in the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement retail strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the EVP of Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze financial and operational KPIs to measure retail performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and stay up-to-date on all state/local cannabis laws.
  • Delegate, manage, coach, and empower store leadership teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Create a pipeline of future store leaders by recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field, coaching and supporting stores as needed.
  • Understand and standardize operating procedures across all stores in the region.
  • Accept full P&L responsibilities for the region.
Requirements
  • High Volume Multi-Unit Management Experience, 5+ years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
  • Excellent Mentoring, Training, and Team Development Skills.
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication & Service Skills.
  • Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (able to obtain).
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Cannabis Industry Training Equivalent.
  • Masters Degree in Business (preferred).
