Your Responsibilities:
Gain Practical Experience.

This role includes hands-on training, classroom instruction, and specialized technical education in areas such as hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding. You will also receive manufacturer-certified training from top industry leaders.


Understand Our Operations.

Through various temporary assignments, you will gain a comprehensive view of Vulcan Materials Company, learning about our operations, daily tasks across departments, and the significance of teamwork.


Commit to Safety.

Prioritize safety for yourself and your colleagues at all times, adhering to industry standards and Vulcan protocols.


Develop Technical Skills.

This technical training program aims to cultivate your abilities as a proficient heavy equipment mechanic, preparing you for a fulfilling career with Vulcan Materials Company.

You will gain valuable on-the-job experience in your designated area.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and extended hours based on operational needs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and tolerate exposure to loud environments.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is approximately $30.00. This figure does not include potential bonuses or equity packages. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, job responsibilities, and market conditions.
