Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as the scrub person in the operating room, working under the direct supervision of an RN or physician.
  • Ensure the OR is safe and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Facilitate a physician's performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent military training program.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a surgical technologist in a hospital operating room setting.
  • AST membership preferred.
  • Minimum License BLS (CPR).
