About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of invasive and operative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as the scrub person, working under the direct supervision of an RN or physician to facilitate safe and effective care during surgical procedures.
  • Ensure the operating room is safe and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Facilitate a physician's performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree
  • Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent military training program.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a surgical technologist in a hospital operating room setting.
  • AST membership preferred
  • Minimum License BLS (CPR)
  • Experience in Orthopedics and Neurosurgery preferred
