Central Case Manager

- Research and analyze LOAs to determine logistical, contract awards, financial, supply, and shipment status through the U.S. Army's supply systems.
- Determine the status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delay for a specific reason, rejection of requisition for a specified cause, changes in stock number, changes in unit of issue and/or quantity, referral of requisition to another DoD supply source, delay in delivery, acknowledgement of cancellation requests, shipment status, etc., and financial status.
- Collaborate with the CCM team to ensure seamless execution of LOAs and provide expert support in logistics, contract administration, and financial management.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track LOA status and supply chain activities.
- Provide exceptional communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 3 years of experience in logistics, contract administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of logistics, technical competence, and communications skills, both orally and in writing.
- Experience working with the U.S. Army's supply systems.
