Nursing Unit Manager Job Description

The RN Unit Manager is a leadership role responsible for coordinating the delivery of nursing care to residents and providing guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate nursing care delivery to residents
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
