Pharmacy Manager, Enterprise Pharmacy Strategic Initiatives

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our facilities, affiliates, and medical network. As a key member of our Pharmacy Department, you will collaborate with the Vice President to develop and implement medication-related initiatives that drive quality, safety, and financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic pharmacy initiatives to improve patient care, safety, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, tools, and techniques
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance medication safety and quality
- Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Support the design and implementation of new services and programs
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- CA Pharmacist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy services or supervisor/management experience
- Post Graduate Year (PGY) 1 and PGY-2 residency or equivalent practice experience
- Sit at a desk or table with some walking, standing, bending, stooping, or carrying of light objects
- Perform continuous operation of a personal computer for four hours or more
- Use hands and fingers to handle and manipulate objects and/or operate equipment
