The Treasury Management Technical Services division is seeking a TM Technical Services Specialist. This role will initially require in-office presence, with potential for a hybrid work schedule after a specified period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering level 1 and 2 technical assistance and training for clients utilizing various Treasury Management products, including Treasury Internet Banking, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, ACH, Receivables Online, E-Invoicing, Payments, and Outsourced Disbursements.
- Facilitating client onboarding through the TM Knowledge Center, addressing any hardware or software compatibility challenges.
- Providing exemplary customer service by resolving intricate technical issues associated with software installations and bank product usage.
- Identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions for technical challenges.
- Working to uncover root causes of issues to mitigate future occurrences.
- Coordinating complex client enrollments and overseeing file testing and transmission setups.
- Keeping updated on technological advancements and product enhancements.
- Adhering to established bank policies and procedures.
- Assisting with special projects and additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in banking, treasury, cash management products/services, IT hardware, software, or related fields.
- A combination of education and experience may fulfill job requirements.
- Familiarity with banking, treasury, cash management products, application software, networks, and computer systems.
- Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to train clients on Treasury Management systems and products.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent client relationship skills.
Compensation: Salary range is dependent on experience.
