Job Overview

The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating subcontractor operations at a commercial solar installation on behalf of BoxPower Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site preparation, grading, and earthmoving activities
  • Manage foundation construction processes
  • Supervise electrical trenching and conduit installation
  • Direct the assembly of solar arrays mounted on prefabricated structures
  • Coordinate the placement and assembly of necessary equipment
  • Facilitate inspection coordination, including geotechnical and foundation assessments

Reporting Duties:

  • Prepare and submit daily reports to BoxPower, outlining:
  • Project progress
  • Safety incidents
  • Completed work
  • Challenges or delays in the schedule
  • Potential change orders

Communication:

Effectively communicate any issues to BoxPower's management team, including the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Field Services Manager.

Should this initial project proceed without complications, BoxPower is keen on establishing a long-term relationship with a site manager to support its expanding portfolio of projects.
