Your Opportunity + Impact

The Water/Wastewater Engineer will coordinate overall design activities, project submission schedules, and ensure the final products meet technical requirements and client goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs independent planning and design tasks, reviews work of others, and prepares construction documents.
  • Has experience with technically complex projects and knowledge of codes and standards applicable to design.
  • Maintains collaborative inter-departmental and cross-functional working relationships with project team members.
  • Performs initial QA/QC review of project submissions and assists senior management in development of schedules and technical proposals.
  • Promotes and utilizes quality assurance and quality control processes to improve deliverables and reduce design errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school.
  • Minimum of five years' job-related experience and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
  • Preferred qualifications include thorough knowledge of the A/E/S industry and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation/InRoads, and/or Hydrologic and Hydraulic Software Packages.
